Last minute Optometrist apt in the City and had to come from another county. Called every hotel within the same distance to my appt and either No Vacancy or Rates were to OUTRAGEOUS. CALLED MOTEL AND WITHIN 5 MINUTES Rob reserved our room for us and it was affordable by way far less than the 15 motels in a 5 mile radius and with public transit access and handicapped friendly. The rooms were clean and where the Luxurious pool and Continental Breakfast lacked, Customer Service by Rob and the inexpensive rates Clearly made this place an 8 star motel for this City. Thank You Rob @ COTTON MOTEL FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. MY 70 OR OLD COMPANION WILL BE SURE THAT WHEN WE COME TO TOWN AND NEED A PLACE TO STAY IF MY SISTERS NOT HOME WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING👍

Very quiet environment. Room was very clean and basic. No Microwave or frig. not allowed to cook. Reasonably priced at $70.00 . Great wifi

The manager of this place is amazing! Always kind and not pretentious. Nice place to stay. Basically it's the Four Seasons, Burj Khalifa and then Colton Motel for me. I might rank Colton Motel higher because of the amazing times and the quality of service.

The owner is great! The other hotel we booked cancelled in the last minute. We were two girls and without no hotel at night. We came here and the owner didn't overcharged us and was very nice! The room is simple but its very clean!
